Before the age of 25, Kathy Turner saw close to ten different states and two different countries. That was a move to a different state every other year, which offered Kathy a unique perspective of the United States. She came from a military family, and that was par for the course growing up. Kathy never really had a place she could call home, for after 24 to 48 months, she was gone to a new school and a new city. This has allowed Kathy to empathize in a very real way with the many clients she works with who ask the same questions. “What is my home like? Both are under $170,000. They are both ranch-oriented homes.
A Home That Matters
There is something special about Kathy’s ability to find these expansive homes at the prices she does. Just as impressive is her ability to find the right family for the right home. She can feel what a family is looking for in a home and a lynchburg va realtor. The small things do not go overlooked. She takes a real account of everything a family is looking for, and she is able to fill in the gaps where the family is not sure. Kathy knows what having no long-term home is all about. She can sometimes live vicariously through her clients- bringing them a home that lights their faces and gets them feeling comfortable about a new future in a new place.
